I am asking for opinions on which adjustable trans. brake button is best and why you think it is the best. Thank you in advance for your honest opinion

I like the good old Biondo Terminator button myself.
Tony Mandella sells another one that I really like but ive never actually tried
Apex Machine right up the street from me also has a really nice button.

    Hope that helps

The Just-N-Time button sold by Collector Tethers in Gallatin, TN, has far more adjustability than any I have seen. It comes as a kit with six springs of varying tension, plus spacers, weight washers, etc. See this link: http://www.collectortethers.com/Just-N-Time-Button-Trans-Brake-Button-3109-001.htm

I have tested repeatability on these switches. The Terminator is the most consistent switch. If you compare the craftsmanship on the unit you will see why. As for adjustability once you determine your set up you will find you will not be changing much other than some shimming.

I agree, it appears the terminator switch is military spec quality.
When compared to commercial switches, military spec switches, due its requirements, will have a lot more life and use.
Will not be surprised if Phil Montheit used his engineering background and assisted the Biondo's in the selection of the proper switch.

I have a Just In Time button and their adjustable track pack I'd sell if anyoe was interested. I used it on a practice tree but never used it in a race car. It's designed to mount horizontally, when I mounted it vertically (like my race car) it didn't feel right to me.
