Your ignorance (in all things) really is refreshing. I think being a Funny Car Championship Crew Chief is a pretty good claim to fame.

If he didn't run COMP I wouldn't keep up with him. Like Warren Johnson said " Ray Charles could drive one of those things in his present state"....

Funny you bring up WJ. He's helped out on Tommy's personal race car. So I guess WJ knows who Tommy is.

I'm being sarcastic. I know who he is. Just like I know who Tommy Delago and badass car "The Blue Bitch" is.

I love racing, all aspects of it. Not just Comp.

Mr Martin nobody said you couldn’t have an opinion. But since you ask I have tuned a Comp car and worked on them also. But the real fact of this thread is laying down for a team car and that is not comp specific. And I believe what frank is saying there should be no bought runs so to speak.

I agree. It happens though. I saw John Force do it so Hight could get in the rundown.... so nobody is immune apparently.

There are no bogus indexes in fuel classes. The day a fuel car gets double bye runs at multiple events a year, then your argument would be apples to apples. So far you have contributed nothing to the discussion other than trying to piss people off who aren’t so lucky to go to Belle Rose and Houston and go .320 green twice a year.

Runner up In Bradenton NMCA race. Yes it is an N/a car with a five speed. Now Cervelli is driving it when I am working weekends. And Ian Landies builds the power plant and tuning it.

A supermod car will fit perfect in the class with a small tire on it
