My Thunderbird but back when Hurley owned it. Back then it was so different and everywhere we went people were just floored by how fast it was..

My other vote goes for IGOR...That car is so impressive because they stuck with a combo that gave them fits for years and it has finally paid off with being one of the fastest comp cars around. Also,Brandon Huhtala's Cutlass is a car that truely was bad ass... He did so much with that car with a shoestring budget and very little help.

Jirka Kaplin's BB/AM T roadster was my favorite

It had a 280 cu. in. motor that made about 1350 HP on methanol.

It made so much noise I could barely hear my A/ND motor running when I was racing him in the other lane.

It was also super fast for the class, at the time.

Any of the high winding, small cube stick cars, Tim Freeman had a very pretty Olds i saw in Bristol around 92 at an IHRA meet running modified i think but pretty sure it was also NHRA comp car, maybe a C or D altered?

Of course "ALL" of my customers are equal and "THE BEST"!
And "ALL" comp racers are the "BEST" in racing too, for sure!
But the Book's Hot Rod is BAD A$$! A family operation, self made engine builder and carb "Guru", definitely one of my all time favorites!

Jaw droped when Jerry Haas rolled out the 1st of many. 63 Corvette A\A,
fast too. Started a trend with that one.
Rick Hord has had some of the most Beautiful and Bad ass Hot Rods ive seen.

Frank Mazi's BB/A Opel. I remember seeing that car run in person when I as a little kid and thought it was the coolest car! I also remember seeing Dan Nicholson's AA/A Corvette run at Indy one year. That was another neat car. Tom Snyder's Pappy's Pride A/A. Man, there are a ton of them.

Ditto that one Szupka on both. Mazi's car was worth the price of admission to watch it run.

I have always loved the street roadsters, Vinnies has been bad to the bone for a long time, as a A/SR and B/SR. Bruno's car must be appreciated for the complexity and cutting edge technoligy it deserves.
