Carey I dont think theres a cap. I think you can be over as much as youd like. I think the only cap is the amount you can claim as far as ci. for instance youre running a 150 you can only say its a 160 or less(not sure why you would claim it over what it is but ok). Well things that are legal take up less space then everything illegal so yes if it says you can you can if it doesnt say it then you better not. Rule book would be like an encyclopedia volume if it said everything you cant do.
