C/AA MPH Record

Just checking out the NHRA website to suss out the C/AA record and it is listed at 7.33 (John Edwards in 2009) however there is no MPH record listed?

I would appreciate it if someone can explain why?

The reason I am curious is I have a 6lb/ci small block - Pro Flite deal in a Haas GXP that has run 7.53 @ 182.0mph and i am way slow to 60' (1.07), so i am curious to know what the MPH record is when you're running low 7.3's.

From the Comp Stats we received early in the season i know Jim Greenheck has been 7.32 @ 184.7 with a 1.045 - 60'

I believe at 6lb/ci and 399" (2394Lb) i am running at a similar weight break to the C/AA cars with the 250Lb removed for the Auto trans, although most of the C/AA cars are going to be around 360~380ci or smaller?

I was also wondering if there are any C/AA racers that wouldn't mind me corresponding with them to run my setup past them and see if there are any obvious improvements that i can make to get the 60' and ET down and mph up a little.

Looking forward to hearing some Guru's in the USA.

Left Lane: Mike McKeigue Runs 7.312/186.14/-0.648, Now #2; C/AA Index: 7.96, Prior Best: 7.424/186.18/-0.536, Was #5
Right Lane: Jirka Kaplan Runs 20.622/45.10/13.552, Now #12; AA/AM Index: 7.07, Prior Best: 8.865/88.57/1.795, Was #12

Kaplan is looking to be the first Comp car to run in the 5's, and there is a good chance it could happen this weekend here at Mission. Well Kaplan breaks the tires loose off the line and McKeigue makes a huge run and will go into the #2 spot.
Mike McKeigue's incremental times: 60ft-1.029 sec., 330ft-3.016, 660ft-4.678/148.46 mph, 1,000ft-6.105.

The DA was very good, about 450'.
The 330 time is a bit slow, it is still a work in progress,
John Edwards has been faster!!
Hope this helps,
Mike
