I'm looking for a new-NOS Metzeler----2.00 v 18 tire. I have an OK pair on the car now and 1 new spare. Any other manufactures make this tire? I don't want the grip type tires, only the smooth-slick type.

I tracked him down in the Netherlands as the only source who could locate them, but he told me they have been out of production for 20+ years. I didn't think I wanted rubber that old going 190. Jon Hansen from Hayden Enyerprises sells a ribbed Bridgestone that is as close in appearance to the Metzeler.
