    It is with incredible sadness that I have to say that we lost a great one last night. Jerry was a mentor and a great friend to many of us. My condolences to Cheri, Jeff, Scott and the rest of the family and crew. RIP Champ.

    Very Sad News, condolences to Cheri, Jeff, & Scott.

    Jerry was a Great Racer, Innovator, and a True Champion. I would guess that he and Leo are doing some bench racing. If my memory serves me correct He and Leo both belonged to the Semper Fi Fraternity. RIP

    Cheri, Jeff & Scott, We were all shocked to hear this news about Jerry. We enjoyed sitting with Jerry & Cheri at Leo's Memorial at Indy last year and always enjoyed seeing them at the races with the boys since they were little ones. This team in the day were always one of the toughest teams to beat and Jerry's tenacity could be seen in his face before every round! Enjoy the memories of the past and hope to see you folks soon!
