Rain has once again postponed the action at the 23rd annual Toyo Tires NHRA Nationals Tuesday in Reading, Pa. After on-and-off light showers all day at Maple Grove Raceway, a hard mid-afternoon storm crushed any hope of cars safely being run down the track. Weather permitting, action will resume Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. Officials remain determined to finish this event at this location.

Does anyone know if they are planning on running the remaining sportsman rounds on Wednesday as well? Or have they planned on finishing them at later date? Having pros stay till Wednesday is one thing, but holding sportsman cars over that long is ridiculous.

Erich "Hollywood" Bollman said they were still planning to run everything tomorrow again. That is of course the latest as of now. You never know. I do know one comp car in the semis already pulled out.........

Stroker Ace has left the building...

And yes we are going to run the race tomorrow Pro's and sportsman! This is the craziest thing I have ever been involved with.

Good luck Hollywood......... if Pat Ross has in fact left, who gets the bye into the final?........ Oh No....... not the "queer" car!!!!!!! .......... no offense to anyone...... making reference o the combination........
